What is NLP Coaching?

NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming; a name that encompasses the three most influential components involved in bringing about human experience; neurology, language, and programming. The neurological system regulates how our bodies function, language determines how we interface and communicate with other people and our programming determines what our life looks like. Neuro-linguistic programming describes the fundamental dynamics between the mind (neuro) and language (linguistic) and how their interplay affects our thinking (beliefs) and our behavior, our habits (programming), and ultimately our quality of life. 

NLP was originated by John Grinder (whose background was in linguistics) and Richard Bandler (whose background was in mathematics and gestalt therapy). Richard Bandler is a co-founder with John Grinder of the Field of Neuro-Linguistic Programming Richard met John Grinder, a linguistics professor, as a student at the University of California at Santa Cruz. In 1974, through the years, NLP developed some very powerful tools and skills for communication.

NLP is a communication tool that can change your perceptions so that you can drop limiting beliefs, and behaviors, and move forward with the fulfilling life you were meant to have.

What is Time-Line Therapy?

The way of storing everything that has ever happened to us and what we expect is going to happen in the future. We automatically know the difference between something that happened last week and something that happened in our childhood. This is because our unconscious mind has stored everything that has ever happened to us in a timeline and has a time and date stamped in the memory. What most people don’t realize is how much information is stored within these memories.

Timeline therapy is a specific process designed to trace a particular negative feeling, belief, or limiting decision back to the first time in memory that it can be found. Time-line therapy allows us to go back to the very root of the problem and resolve the problem then.

What is Hypno-Therapy?

Hypnotherapy provides a doorway between the conscious and the subconscious so that memories and new information can be experienced without critical judgment, thereby allowing you to gently make beneficial changes.
